Shakti Prakash
Shakti Prakash is educated at JNU, New Delhi. He joined the Government Service as a Group A Executive Officer in CRPF, Government of India. He is presently posted at the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi as Legal Officer. Sh. Shakti Prakash was the designated Legal Expert to the Indian delegation for the 10th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. His articles on different topics of Science have been published in the scientific journal Science Reporter published by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India. His one of the articles has also been published as a cover story in Science Reporter by the title ‘Building Bridges’. He has also authored the Novels ‘The Choice for Infinity’ and ‘The Man towards the Moksha’ which are shelved in the Parliament library apart from other leading libraries including Central Ministries libraries. Himanshu Gautam completed his graduation from University of Allahabad and graduated in Psychology. He further pursued LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He joined Bar Council of Delhi and started practising law before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and other Judicial Forums particularly in the field of Service Law and more specifically in Law relating to Armed Forces of the Union. He has been the Counsel/Advocate in several matters laying down law, particularly in the field of service law before the Hon’ble Supreme Court as well as before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
